We provided corporate event photography for Berkeley Homes Oxford & Chilterns at Cosworth Park in Ascot, with around 70 guests enjoying an afternoon of polo, networking and hospitality. The brief was to capture the event as it unfolded, with a natural, fly on the wall approach rather than lots of posed photography. From guests arriving and catching up with each other to the polo match, live brass band and afternoon tea, there was plenty happening throughout the afternoon. We also captured the setting and smaller details that helped tell the story of the event. The final collection of images gives Berkeley Homes a natural record of the day, covering both the main activities and the informal moments between them.

For the second year running, we were commissioned to photograph the Barratt London Annual Gala at Connaught Rooms in Central London. It was a black tie charity gala, bringing together guests for an evening of drinks, speeches and fundraising in support of a great cause. Our coverage focused on capturing the atmosphere of the night as it unfolded, from guest arrivals and step and repeat group photos through to the drinks reception, table shots and the main dinner. We also covered the key moments on stage, including speeches, the live auction and raffle, with guest speakers including former footballer Paul Merson and Formula 1 World Champion Damon Hill. The aim throughout was to document the event in a natural, unobtrusive way and deliver a set of images that reflected the energy and flow of the evening.

This gallery is from three days of photographing London Tech Week at Olympia London in Kensington, one of the UK’s biggest technology and trade events. The focus was on capturing the event as it unfolded, keynote speakers on stage, busy exhibition stands, live demos, and the real interactions between exhibitors and delegates throughout the venue. Alongside the bigger moments, I also worked to document the smaller details that bring events like this to life, networking conversations, product showcases, and the general energy across the show floor. The images are used for PR, marketing, social media and press, giving a natural, honest view of the event as it happened.

The NEDEx School & Trust Leadership Awards took place at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Stadium MK, bringing together more than 200 guests from across the education sector for a black tie awards ceremony celebrating achievement and excellence. Working on behalf of the event organisers, we provided full event photography coverage throughout the evening. The event featured a number of keynote speakers, with Baasit Siddiqui from Gogglebox hosting as MC. Our brief was to capture the awards presentations, audience reactions, networking, candid moments between guests and the celebrations of the winners as the evening unfolded. As experienced corporate event photographers, our aim is always to tell the story of the event while creating a gallery of professional images that can be used for PR, marketing, social media and future event promotion. The result was a collection of photographs that captured both the energy of the evening and the achievements being recognised.

This was our third time working with AE Presents, and for their charity golf day at the Royal Mid-Surrey Golf Club we brought along not just a photographer but also an image editor to work on site. While the photographer documented the day’s highlights, the editor was busy preparing the images so they could be shown on screens during the afternoon lunch. This enabled guests to enjoy the best moments and atmosphere of the day.

There's something rewarding about photographing conferences where ideas are shared and meaningful conversations take place. The Climate Governance Forum 2026, held at One Birdcage Walk in Westminster, brought together business leaders, policymakers and climate experts for a day of keynote sessions, panel discussions and networking. We were commissioned to provide conference photography and videography, capturing every part of the event from start to finish. We covered the event as a three person production team, with one photographer, one videographer filming the highlights of the day, and another capturing interviews and vox pops with delegates and speakers. With multiple deliverables being produced throughout the event, having a dedicated team meant we could capture everything as it happened and deliver exactly what the client needed. As the photographer, I focused on documenting the day naturally, from keynote speakers, including former President of Ireland Mary Robinson, to audience reactions, breakout sessions and the conversations taking place between presentations.

We love photographing awards ceremonies because they are full of real moments, from the excitement of winners being announced to the reactions, celebrations and conversations that happen throughout the evening. The Financial Wellbeing Impact Awards 2026 took place at Hotel 8 Northumberland Avenue in the City of London, where we provided professional event photography to capture the story of the evening. Working alongside our videographer, we covered the event as a two person team, allowing us to capture both the key moments on stage and the smaller moments happening around the room. From winner portraits and award presentations to networking, guest interactions and the atmosphere of the celebration, we created a collection of images that gave the client and nominees a lasting record of the event.
